Miray Yılmaz started her 16-year industry experience as an agent which nowadays TP prefers to call them as “interaction experts”. With her passion for CX, dedication and responsibility, she was promoted to different roles beginning from team leader, customer experience specialist and unit manager. Afterwards, she assigned to customer experience manager and operation & customer experience director in different brands. Since 2 years she is the CX & Business Support Director of Telepeformance Turkey. Miray has deep knowledge on CX strategy and journey, design thinking, integrated omnichannel strategy, digital transformation and interaction analytics.
She has MBA degree at Strategic Marketing &Brand Management. Also she completed education programs at Koç University , Harvard Business School, Bahcesehir University.
