EVP, Customer Experience & Communications
Gamze, who has 18 years of experience in the communication & advertising industry, has worked on brand strategy and consumer insights in global advertising agencies for many years, and has held managerial positions at different levels. Prior to Aktif Bank, she established her own independent advertising agency Trompet and worked as an agency founding partner focused on Strategy and Client Services for many local and global leader brands. As of 2021, Gamze is leading the newly established Customer Experience & Communications Group at Aktif Bank and working in cooperation with all groups of the bank to build a Customer Centric Culture and to improve the Customer Experience in all offline & online touchpoints. As the EVP of the CX & Coms, she also leads the MarCom, Social Media and CorCom teams.
