Şehnaz has over 25 years of experience with in-depth knowledge in telecommunication and retail sectors. She has proven success in developing Business Growth Strategies and Customer Experience Transformation projects for both online and offline channels with data-driven insights. She is very well skilled at establishing consultancy relationship with key internal, local & global stakeholders to increase growth, profitability and competitive advantage.
As of 2018, Şehnaz is leading the newly established Customer Relationship & Strategy team at Ayaydın Miroglio Group for all three brands and responsible for Customer Care Operations & Campaign Management & Customer Analytics. She puts continous efforts to build a Customer Centric culture and to improve the Customer Experience perception at all touchpoints. Şehnaz has a bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and she is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, CPCC from CTI.
