Özge Kapucuoğlu has over 13 years of B2C and B2B Customer Experience Management experience in the telecommunications sector. Özge’s areas of expertise are in Design of Customer Experience Strategies, CX Culture Transformation, Voice of Customer Platforms, Digitalization, Human-Centric Design Methodologies like Journey Mapping & Design Thinking Approach, CX Performance Management, and Business Development.
Having received her bachelor’s degree from Gazi University in Industrial Engineering, she started her professional career in 2005 as Planning Engineer at Nurus A.Ş., then joined Turkcell in 2007 and worked as Sales Development Manager, CX Program Manager, and CX Strategy & Performance Manager respectively. As of today, she is working as Customer Experience Associate Director in Turkcell.
