Serpil is Director of Customer Solution Center and Field Services at Enpara.com. Enpara.com is first dijital bank in Turkey. Serpil is one of the member of founding team of Enpara.com. She has been working for 22 years in banking with a huge experience of Customer Management. Throughout her career, she has worked as lead in various departments related with focused customer experience. Her area of expertise is call center management, social media management and field services in a way to achieve perfect customer experience.
She graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Econometrics.
