As a CX Solutions Strategist at Qualtrics, Dario helps companies across EMEA build customer-centric CX programmes, that not only improve the customers' E2E experience, but also generate value for the organisation.
Prior to Qualtrics, Dario managed the Analytics Partners for EMEA and APAC at Forrester, a Research and Advisory firm. CX measurement and the ROI generated for multinationals was always at the heart of the activities.
Dario grew up in the Middle East and the US, where he graduated from Georgetown University, before returning to Europe for his MBA at SDA Bocconi. He lives close to Paris with his wife and two daughters.
