Designing end-to-end customer experience processes in many institutions and managing large teams, Adem Uyanık has blended his knowledge on business with years of experience. He owns many articles on customer experiences published in a lot of local magazines and websites. Furthermore, he has many international awards, which are related to customer experience and he has been also a jury member. He is currently working as Account Director at Webhelp.
