Melih Özgül is a Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement Professional with 20 years of experience across telecommunication and retail industries. He worked for Caterpillar, Turkcell, TeliaSonera and Vodafone in senior continuous improvement and customer experience roles. . Now he is leading Metro Turkey Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement Team. He has a master black belt certification and he is bronz medal award winner in CX leadership category back in 2019 ICXA.
