CX Manager | Design Thinking Leader | Academic Instructor
Kıvanç is a compact CX professional and a lifelong learner with a human-centric approach. He has 15+ years of local and international experience in CX, service design, customer service, enterprise sales management, training and academic instruction.
Throughout his career, he has worked for the leading telecom and service companies in the industry. As a CX lead at Vodafone Turkey, he is currently in charge of corporate customer experience management. He is also a Vodafone Group certified subject matter expert in design thinking. In this role, he is leading the design thinking community and supporting all business functions in the company as the main project mentor, facilitator and trainer. Meanwhile, he is instructing “CX in Business” at Özyeğin University.
Kıvanç holds an MBA degree from Bahçeşehir University, an MA degree in European Studies from Galatasaray University and a BA degree in Communications from Marmara University.
